Your hospital experience begins with a smooth and expedient patient registration process. To register for inpatient admission or outpatient procedures, please go to the following locations according to the services you are seeking.

Inpatient and Overnight Stays

For inpatient procedures and procedures that will require an overnight stay, please go to the main hospital entrance (the south entrance to the hospital). Our volunteers at the front desk will begin your registration process.

Outpatient Surgery and GI Procedures

For outpatient surgery and GI procedures, please utilize the surgery entrance located on the north side of the hospital. The surgery parking lot provides easy access to surgery and GI registration.

Outpatient Testing/Pre-Admission Testing

Testing and pre-admission testing patients register by coming in the main hospital entrance and checking in at the front desk.

What to Bring

The information you share with our trained admissions representative becomes part of your medical record and is kept confidential. All patients should remember to bring:
